Overview

‘Clark Coastals’ is a premium villa product developed for Summerset at Monterey Park, designed to communicate exclusivity, refinement, and coastal luxury through a cohesive identity system.

Context

Working within the established Summerset Retirement Villages brand, the challenge was to develop a concept that felt elevated while aligning with an existing portfolio of residential offerings. The villas’ coastal positioning grounded the identity in place and geography.

Approach

The concept was built around latitude lines and geographical coordinates as a visual system. These lines trace coastal forms, while a singular coordinate point marks the precise location of the villas in relation to land and sea. This created a structured yet elegant identity rooted in cartography and place-making.

Outcome

The final look book uses embossed latitude line detailing paired with gold ink, reinforcing a sense of craft and luxury. The accompanying gift box uses gold ink printed on black stock to extend the premium material language across packaging. The system was applied across print, packaging, advertising, and digital touchpoints, forming a unified and refined product experience.
